Hotels in the United Arab Emirates will start accommodating Jewish guests by offering kosher food at their luxury facilities.

The hotel group, Habtoor Hospitality, will reportedly be the first company to begin carrying kosher cuisine as part of the culinary portfolio, according to UAE-based daily The Khaleej Times.

Ellis Kosher Kitchen has been tapped by the hotel group to provide the meals, which adhere to strict dietary standards set by Jewish law.

According to the Khaleej Times, the Hilton Dubai, V Hotel, Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotel and Resorts, Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection LLC, Metropolitan Hotel, and Habtoor Polo Resort all plan to provide kosher meals to their Jewish guests.

Habtoor Hospitality added that it was thrilled it will now be able to provide “memorable” kosher meals to single business travellers and visitors and cater to corporate events and even weddings.
