A public rally will be held in central London this Sunday in support of Israel after 11 days of the Jewish state defending itself against Hamas attacks.

Organised by the Zionist Federation of UK and Ireland (ZF UK), CUFI is pleased to lend our support to the ‘Solidarity with Israel Rally’ taking place near the embassy in Israel.

CUFI supporters are invited attend as we stand alongside other friends of Israel groups and members of the Jewish community to show support for Israel at this time.

 

This comes after 600 percent rise in antisemitism linked to the conflict according to the Community Security Trust, including numerous violent assaults.
 
Paul Charney, Chairman of the Zionist Federation, said: “Perhaps now more than ever, it is crucial that British Zionists vote with their feet and come out in force. We are also seeing an unprecedented rise in antisemitism, and by attending this rally we are all reiterating that we will not be cowed by it. We hope that our friends in Israel see this act of solidarity and know that they are not alone with many supporters in London.”
