Two Palestinian teenagers have been arrested after illegally entering Israel carrying two sub-machine guns.
The pair, aged 17 and 18, are reported to be originally from Nablus. They were spotted by some Israeli Border Police who were on foot patrol at Israel’s security barrier near the Israeli town of Oranit, near central Israel.
The boys tried to run but were caught by the officers who then filmed the opening of the backpack carried by one of the teens. The backpack contained two home-made machine guns and ammunition cartridges.
The teens were taken in for questioning.
