Today, on Israel’s Independence Day, UNESCO will vote on a latest resolution entitled “Occupied Palestine” – submitted by Arab states Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar and Sudan – which effectively labels Israel’s presence in Jerusalem as “illegal”.
