The Holocaust Memorial in Vilkaviškis, a city in southwestern Lithuania, was vandalized on the 20th April.
The Vilkaviškis community had in the past an active Jewish social and cultural life. Its educational institutions included a large Hebrew primary school, a science-oriented Hebrew secondary school, and a vocational school.
