A special rendition of The Blessing for the People of Israel is the latest music video that has been released this week and we love it!
Performed live by Canada Christian College with Clark Beckham, American Idol Runner Up on lead vocals, the rendition of the popular song is introduced with the following: “Scripture says the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Our hearts are heavy and we speak the blessing of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob over the people of Israel.”
And if you were blessing by that, we’re sure you will also be deeply moved by ‘Bring them Home’ by Israeli singer Dikla and the Ariel Youth Group. Their music video features pictures of the Israeli hostages currently being held captive by Hamas, and includes the lyrics, “We are waiting for that day. We are praying for your sake. Even though you’re far away you’ll come home to the ancient promised land. God has given His command. Now their faith is in our hands. Bring them home”
