BBC has aired a documentary Sunday revealing how a textiles merchant from England helped saved thousands of Ethiopian Jews.
Dubbed “Operation Solomon,” two record-breaking airlifts by the State of Israel rescued the ancient Jewish community of Ethiopia – thanks to an incredible alliance between a Mossad spy and an Israeli diplomat – and a textiles merchant from Manchester.
