God does not change His mind or revoke His promises. What He spoke to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob remains true today. The covenant He made with Israel, to bless them, to give them the land, and to make them a light to the nations, still stands firm.
In a world that questions Israel’s legitimacy, we are reminded that God’s Word is not subject to human politics or popular opinion. His calling upon the Jewish people and His purpose for the land of Israel remain eternal.
Let us pray this week safe in the knowledge that what God has promised, He will complete.
Pray for CUFI: Christian Zionism is under attack from all angles. Whether it is politicians who ignore our beliefs, our opponents who mock our beliefs, or Christians who call us heretics for our beliefs, we are often fighting battles from all directions. Please pray for our CUFI teams, both in the USA and the UK, and hold us in prayer as we speak in churches, stand up for Israel online, and as we engage with our elected officials. We are unwavering in our defence of the truth of God, and we greatly value your prayers.
Pray for America: The USA is the closest friend of Israel in the political realm, but there is a growing influence in America from voices that proclaim Christ but reject His promises to Israel. They also have the ear of members of the Trump Administration. Please pray for wisdom and discernment for America’s leaders and that they will stand with Israel. Pray for the many Pastors in America who love Israel to speak out with boldness for the truth of God’s Word.
Pray for Israel: Hamas is still playing games and not honouring the ceasefire agreements. Please pray for wisdom for Israel’s leaders, for strength for Israel’s people, and that all the hostages will be returned home so their families can mourn.
Pray for the UK: Antisemitism is increasing, and the government seems not to know how to handle it. Unfortunately, some in parliament are spreading the blood libels and antisemitic hatred that is fuelling this antisemitism. Pray for protection over the Jewish community in the UK and pray that God will raise up politicians who will defend the Jews of Britain.
