“Do not be afraid of them; the LORD your God himself will fight for you.”
Deuteronomy 3:22

Israel has been fighting for its survival since the Jewish people returned to the land. The IDF is currently engaged in a war against Hamas and is determined to defeat this evil.

  • Pray that God will fight for and protect the IDF as they enter Rafah and attempt to eliminate the terrorist threat of Hamas.
  • Pray for the safety of Palestinian civilians in Rafah. As Hamas tries to maximise their deaths, we pray that Israel will continue to do all they can to save them. May God move supernaturally to defend innocent lives and open Palestinian eyes to the truth, that Israel is a force for good against the evil of Hamas.
  • Pray that the hostages will be released. That broken Israeli families will be reunited once again.

This week we saw troubling signs that the leadership of America, against the will of the people, is wavering in its ‘ironclad’ support of Israel. We are reminded that we must not put our faith in man, but always keep our focus on God.

  • Pray that President Joe Biden will have his heart softened towards Israel. We pray that he will understand the truth and turn to God.
  • Pray that Christians in America will help redirect the course of their nation back to God and stand up and speak out in support of Israel.

On Monday, Israel is going to be remembering the fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism. They will be mourning for those who fought and died for the cause of Israel. On Tuesday, they will be celebrating the amazing miracle that was the rebirth of Israel.

  • Pray that God will comfort those who mourn the loss of loved ones and those troubled by their family members and friends fighting on the front lines defending Israel.
  • Pray that the Jewish people will reconnect with the Bible and understand that God is the only one who can truly defend them.

Thank you for praying for Israel and the Jewish people!
