A video has emerged of Manchester City fans singing anti-Semitic songs ahead of the clubs game against Tottenham Hotspur, a team known for its large Jewish fanbase.
The video below shows various chants sung by the fans, including “You’re getting gassed in the morning”.
The incident occurred on a tram travelling in the city centre, just after 5pm on Saturday afternoon and has been reported to Greater Manchester Police.
Tottenham fans have previously been subject to anti-Semitic abuse due to the club’s historical links with the east London Jewish community.
