Pastor John Hagee, the founder of Christians United for Israel (CUFI), has released a video message and prayer for the hostage release deal that is taking place.
Pastor Hagee said:
“In the next 24 hours we may see more than 30 Israeli hostages released after more than one year in captivity. The next few hours are critical in ensuring their much awated released. Seven of whom are American.
“Let us stand together united in prayer. That all goes to plan, and specifically, that the Lord give’s Israel’s leaders the wisdom of Solomon as they negotiate to liberate their sons and daughters from the forces of evil.
“We pray that America’s leaders stand with israel, shoulder to shoulder, as they fight for our shared values. We pray for the remaining hostages and their families, that the God of all hope bless them with he faith of Abraham, who the Bible says had no reason to hope, but yet he believed.
“We pray the Almighty continues to bring the enemies of Israel into confusion as Israel declares total victory in their war against evil. We ask this in the name of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Amen.”
