A Jewish cemetery in the Kent town of Chatham was vandalised on Yom Kippur.
Members discovered numerous gravestones that were smashed and destroyed. Some were intentionally uprooted from the graves and thrown throughout the cemetery.
Local police have begun investigating the numerous security cameras located in the area and asked the public for assistance in locating those responsible for desecrating the graves.
