“Novoselia”, a management company in Saint Petersburg, has decided to remove the advertisement sign showing an ultra-Orthodox man, on Prospect Kosmonbatov Street. Next to the caption “Goodbye, Rent! Mortgage Without private capital” stands a bearded man with a skullcap and glasses.
Yevgeny Broaches, a real estate marketing expert, shared the sign a few days ago on his Instagram.
” Yevgeny wrote under the picture: “Excuse me, who’s on the sign? Is it the Jew who rents the apartment? Or is it a Jew who gives you the mortgage on interest? The bank representative mentioned in the advertisement? In any case, the meaning is obviously negative with emphasis on the religion.”
