We join the whole nation in profound sadness at the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. Christians United for Israel gives thanks to the Lord for her remarkable devotion and service to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth throughout the entirety of her life.
The Queen’s extraordinary dedication, Christian example, godly wisdom and steadfastness will be deeply missed by all those privileged to have lived under her reign. Indeed, most of us have known no other monarch. As we reflect on her incredible life and legacy, we also recognise the unprecedented moment in our nation’s history. We call upon all of us in the CUFI family to pray with boldness at this time for the future of this country, for the heart of the nation as it grieves our much-loved Queen, for her heir and for the comfort of the Royal Family.
And may the blessing of God’s presence be poured out across the land and be a comfort to each of us as we mourn.
