• Pray that the UK government will not allow the former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem to meet MPs in Parliament next week. Considering having previously denied the Holocaust, supported martyrdom, supported the massacre of Jews and for the destruction of Britain, pray that he will be prevented from entering the UK outright.
  • Pray that the UK government’s commitment to confront Islamic terrorism will not be just empty words, but will be exercised in this situation.
  • Pray that through this situation, MPs will further understand the reality of Palestinian incitement, its serious repercussions and importance to take a strong stand against it.
  • Pray that CUFI’s petition will be successful in raising awareness of the sheikh’s hatred towards Israel and the Jews and that it will lead to the banning of his trip. Pray that the campaign will have a wider impact in highlighting the problem of incitement to terror that is present among Palestinian leadership.
  • Pray for the UK media. Pray that with further examples this week of giving platforms to those that oppose Israel, that there will be a cultural change in how channels such as the BBC and Channel 4 report concerning Israel.
  • Pray for the Jewish community in France. Having heard from Erick Stakelbeck this week on the plight of Jews in France, together with the awful anti-Semitic graffiti this week in Paris, pray for the Lord’s protection upon the Jewish people.
  • Pray for wisdom for Prime Minister Netanyahu, his government, those leading Israel’s security and all others in authority.
  • Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
