A social media poll conducted by CUFI of Israel supporters reveals that 80 percent of respondents believe that leaving the EU will be better for the UK’s relationship with Israel.
The poll with the question, “Will UK support for Israel be stronger if the UK remains or leaves the European Union?” was conducted on 22 and 23 June closing at 10pm on the day that Britain voted to decide on its membership in the EU in what is being described as the biggest political decision of a generation.
After a night of counting, it was declared this morning that the UK has decided to leave the EU with 51.9 percent in favour.
The result has sparked both jubilation and concern among the population over the outcome of the vote. Pray today that God will direct the country’s leaders moving forward.
